To purchase a subscription/product from Teamates, you must be over eighteen years of age. Your details provided to us must be correct with all of the necessary information given. You can update your personal information by logging into your account. You must provide your real name, address, email address, phone number and any other details that we may have asked for to successfully fulfill your order(s).

Please note that while your order may be confirmed via email, it is not a guarantee of delivery. If for any reason we're unable to deliver to you, you will be contacted ASAP and a full refund can be given upon request.

Our acceptance of your order does not confirm its availability or the guarantee of delivery. If we're unable to provide a product you've paid for, you will be contacted ASAP and a full refund given. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for a refund to process to the card you purchased with.

When you subscribe to Teamates' monthly subscription, we will attempt to take payment on the same day you subscribed each month for as long as you choose to remain subscribed. This will be via the same payment method, which you can update by logging into your account. This can be cancelled anytime. You will receive an automated email if payment has failed.

If your box has been dispatched after you cancel, you can contact us via hello@teamates.co.uk for details on returns and receiving a refund. The box must be unopened with all contents inside. We will not accept returns on opened boxes with missing items.

We deliver to Europe with free shipping to the UK and £3.99 P&P internationally. We hold the right to change this policy at any given time. Recurring subscriptions will continue to pay the same price for as long as they remain subscribed, and any price changes will only affect new subscribers.

We ship via Royal Mail and aim for all of our boxes to be with our subscribers within the first 3 days of the month. For international subscribers, please allow up to a week's extra time for delivery, depending on your location.
